Water Cooler Technology
Water coolers come in two main types; 'at point' coolers, which filter and chill water from the mains supply or bottle water coolers, which get their supply from large water bottles attached to the machines. Both these machines offer the similar services but draw their water from different sources.
Bottled Water Cooler Advantages
- Can be positioned conveniently throughout the building
- Bottled water is clean and fresh
Mains Cooler Disadvantages
- Whilst filtered it does not match the quality of bottled water
- Cannot be easily repositioned
Most leading water coolers are fitted with internal reservoirs resulting in instantly available hot and cold water. When water is drawn the reservoirs are immediately replenished, offering continuous water supply at the desired temperature.
