Freu-Hé is a natural, still mineral water from the Ardennes region of Belgium. The Ardennes region is typified by steep valleys and rapid rivers, the most prominent being the Meuse. The aquifers of the Ardennes region are predominantly limestone and sandstone.
Cristal Monopole
Cristal Monopole is a Belgian mineral water recognized by the Royal Academy of Medicine. The source is found in the Hageland region of Belgium where double layers of clay in the aquifers protect the source from bacteria or clogging which allows the water to stagnate.
Cristal Monopole is bottled at the source and is very low in sodium and nitrates and has been highly recommended for people following a low salt (sodium) diet.
