Dehydration
There is no getting away from the fact that drinking a glass of water is less appealing than a coffee, tea or can of coke. However, caffeine is a diuretic (causes you to pass water more) and that after this initial 'pick me up' you are likely to feel dehydrated and lethargic shortly after that morning cup of coffee.
A Healthier Lifestyle
Try including water as part of a daily routine by having a glass at regular intervals. A simple way of implementing this is to have a glass fist thing in the morning, last thing at night and before any meal or snack. Alternatively try putting a squeeze of lime or lemon to give the water a more appealing flavour. This will ensure that your body gets a regular supply of H2O throughout the day.
There is nothing worse than lukewarm tap water. Therefore, by having one of our coolers, providing refreshing, chilled pure English water, in your office you will encourage your staff to drink more fluids.
Improving your water consumption helps you exercise more efficiently and maintain a regular body temperature. It also improves your skin and leaves you feeling revitalised.
