Water Cooler FAQs

After placing your order with Just Gulp! your water cooler/water coolers will be delivered along with your first water delivery.

You won't need to do any water cooler installation, our trained delivery drivers will carry out the initial set up.

It is a good idea to plan where you would like the cooler/coolers to be positioned so that once the suitability of the positioning has been checked the installation is quick and simple.

External cleaning and regular cleaning of the drip tray will make sure your water supply is hygienic, although it is strongly recommended that you do not use harsh detergents.

Like domestic water systems, regular use of the dispenser will flush the pipes and taps. However, to ensure that our water continues to taste fresh and pure we will carry out a regular sanitisation.

There's no arranging required. Each quarter is recorded so we know when your system is due for sanitisation and as the cleaning is carried out by one of our trained delivery drivers this will be undertaken to coincide with your water delivery.

It only requires about 20 minutes to service the dispensers and we shall notify you when the sanitisation is due to ensure that this is at a convenient time.

Getting one or more storage racks couldn't be easier. Just give us a call or email and let us know what your requirements are and we can deliver a storage rack with your water delivery. Please note: storage racks require a small deposit.

If you find that your package no longer suits your requirements it is easy to alter your contract. If you email or call us at Just Gulp! we can adjust your package to fit you needs.

Any excess or additional coolers can be delivered or removed by our delivery drivers on your next water delivery and water delivery can be increased or reduced accordingly.
